John Poston is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Family Priority Counseling and Psychiatric Services. He has 11 years of counseling experience and more than 23 years of military experience, including extensive work supporting service members, veterans, and their families.
John provides counseling for individuals, couples, families, groups, and veterans facing concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. His counseling style is collaborative and practical, drawing from cognitive behavioral, person‑centered, and other evidence‑based approaches to help clients build insight and new skills.
