Shaheedra Johnson

Mental Health & Behavioral Director // co-founder

Shaheedra Johnson is passionate about changing the stigma and stereotypes of mental health in a community that deems self-healing, self-love and self-awareness a taboo. With a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Professional Counseling and the pursuit of her Doctorate degree in Psychology. Shaheedra has worked alongside non-profit organizations in her community providing a safe place for those who are highly influenced by what we do and how we behave. Shaheedra’s efforts to bring change within gives her hope that the outer change from those who may only see just the less fortunate an opportunity to look beyond the surface and experience their heart.

Sharena Taylor

Operations Specialist // Co-Founder

Sharena Taylor, assists with day to day programing. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, Sharena has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to servicing disadvantaged youth through her work as Case Manager to adolescents who society often deemed as “damaged goods”.

Sharena shares the passion of bridging the gap with her co-founders to bring about change in the areas of after care services for youth, mentorship, self sufficiency and advocating for those who are not given a fair chance and/or the tools of surviving in this world.

Keissan Johnson

Program Director // Co-Founder

Keissan Johnson, co-founder and Program Director, is dedicated to building up the next generation to be better than the last. As a 15 year veteran of the United States Air Force, he was able to find his love of connecting and mentoring the youth through coaching, volunteering, and ministry. Keissan has an Associates degree in Electronic Systems Technology and in Human Resources. He has a wealth of experience in building relationships within communities and organizations as a recruiter and business owner. His passion for the youth started when he was younger and had many mentors to help him throughout his life. He’s seen the benefits of having a strong support system and helping those that are looked down upon or forgotten about is the responsibility of the village to make sure they are equipped with the necessary tools to succeed on their own.
